Additional Terms
Document Signing
As Maileon South Africa, we do not require any additional documents to be signed beyond this privacy policy or other legally binding agreements provided by us. Therefore, we reserve the right to reject any alternative agreements proposed by third parties unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by us.
Payment Terms
For manual invoices, all payments must be made within 21 days from the invoice date. If payment is not received within this period and no prior arrangements have been made, Maileon South Africa reserves the right, at our discretion, to cancel or suspend your account.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to accounts@maileon.co.za
In order to ensure that the cancellation of the account is processed successfully, all outstanding amounts need to be finalized before the account can be deleted.
If the account is cancelled at any time during the month, the days that are outstanding between the last invoice date, and the date of cancellation must be paid for in full based on the daily package rate.
The daily package rate is calculated based on a period of 30 days(including weekends).
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use personal data for various purposes including maintaining our service, managing your account, fulfilling contracts, and communicating with you about updates and services.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including personal data, may be processed at our operating offices or other locations. This may involve transferring data to computers outside of your jurisdiction.
